Stories of Cinema Drop-In Tours
Explore moviemakers, their ideas, and beloved movie objects in conversation with museum educators.
The Education and Public Engagement team invites visitors to explore Stories of Cinema, the Academy Museum’s ongoing core exhibition that presents diverse, international, and complex stories of moviemakers and the works they create.
Join museum educators on Friday afternoons to explore significant spotlights on moviemakers and movie objects. Galleries such as The Art of Moviemaking, Director’s Inspiration, and Inventing Worlds and Characters will be featured.
All are welcome to join this public drop-in style gallery conversation, free with admission, from 1pm to 3pm. Meet educators in the exhibition, on Level 2, in the Wanda Gallery, or Level 3, in the Rolex Gallery.
