CANCELLED: Rogue One: A Star Wars Story
CANCELLED: Rogue One: A Star Wars Story
The first live-action Star Wars feature to spin off from the principal trilogies tells of the events leading up to A New Hope (1977), as Jyn Erso (Felicity Jones), the daughter of a disgraced scientist in league with the Empire, teams up with a ragtag team of rebels to uncover the secret to destroying their enemy’s newest weapon, the Death Star. One of the grittiest of all the Star Wars films—and the inspiration for the critically acclaimed TV series Andor—Rogue One is a gripping adventure boasting Oscar-nominated sound mixing and visual effects, moody cinematography by Greig Fraser (Dune), and a rousing score in the John Williams tradition by Michael Giacchino.
