Protest Poster Screen-Printing Workshop for Teens

Teens will participate in a screen-printing workshop with Master Printer Dewey Tafoya from Self Help Graphics & Art. Posters will reflect on the themes of Dolores Huerta’s work including labor rights, civil rights, and racial justice.

In celebration of our Activism and Film conversation featuring Founder and President of the Dolores Huerta Foundation Dolores Huerta and actress, producer, director, entrepreneur, and activist Eva Longoria, the Academy Museum welcomes Self Help Graphics & Art’s Barrio Mobile Art Studio with Master Printer Dewey Tafoya for a protest poster screen-printing workshop for teens!

Make a poster reflecting on the themes of Dolores Huerta’s work including labor rights, civil rights, and racial justice.

Workshop takes place on Friday, June 3 from 4:30pm to 6:30pm on The Walt Disney Company Piazza.
