Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban

Accommodative Screening

Alfonso Cuarón directed this acclaimed third entry in the popular fantasy series, full of the striking visual imagination he demonstrated in his modern classic A Little Princess (1995). When Harry learns of an escaped prisoner who may put his life in danger, he discovers the Wizarding World is a less welcoming and admirable place than he realized. Gary Oldman and David Thewlis join the ongoing series cast, and Michael Gambon takes over for the late Richard Harris as Dumbledore. The film was nominated for its striking visual effects and for John Williams’s music, his final score for the series, full of mischievous excitement and variety.
