Face/Off

Introduction by the film's screenwriters, Mike Werb & Michael Colleary.

Dedicated FBI agent Sean Archer has spent years tracking down Castor Troy, the demented terrorist who killed his son. When Troy is caught, he ends up in a coma and is unable to reveal how to defuse a bomb he recently set. To get information from Troy’s inner circle, Archer must undergo facial transplant surgery and assume the identity of the person who destroyed his family. Things go horribly wrong when Troy unexpectedly wakes up and takes on Archer’s identity. Every gunshot and explosion will rattle your core in this larger-than-life action flick that received an Oscar nomination for Sound Effects Editing (Mark P. Stoeckinger, Per Hallberg).
