Drop-In Workshops for Families: 3D

Drop-In Workshops for Families: 3D

Join us to make your own 3D glasses and illustrations of iconic movie characters.

The Education team invites families to join museum educators every month to be inspired by the museum’s exhibitions and screenings to create, learn, and have fun!

Inspired by our family film screenings of 3D movies this December—The Adventures of Tintin (2011), How to Train Your Dragon (2010), Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs (2009), and Inside Out (2015)—we are making our own 3D glasses and illustrations of iconic movie characters.

Join us anytime from 12:30pm to 2:30pm in the Shirley Temple Education Studio on the museum’s Lower Level.

Workshop Dates:
Saturdays: December 3, 10, and 17

We encourage you to check out the full slate of 3D screenings programmed December 26–31, 2022 in our Ted Mann Theater, all part of the series 3D-cember!

Check back soon for upcoming workshop themes!

If you have any questions, or need assistance planning your visit, please email museumeducation@oscars.org.
