Drop-In Workshops for Families: 3D

Drop-In Workshops for Families: 3D

Join us to make your own 3D glasses and illustrations of iconic movie characters, and create a Pepper’s Ghost 3D illusion.

The Education team invites families to join museum educators every month to be inspired by the museum’s exhibitions and screenings to create, learn, and have fun!

Inspired by our family film screenings of 3D movies this December—Frozen (2013) and Up (2009),—families can make their own 3D glasses, anaglyph illustrations of iconic movie characters, and create their own Pepper’s Ghost 3D illusion!

Join us anytime from 12:30pm to 2:30pm in the Shirley Temple Education Studio on the museum’s Lower Level.

Workshop Dates:
Saturdays: December 9 and 16

We encourage you to check out the full slate of 3D screenings programmed throughout the month of December in our Ted Mann Theater, all part of the series 3D-cember! Family matinees and film screenings are a separate ticket.
