Drop-In Workshop for Families: Movie Poster Design

Drop-In Workshop for Families: Movie Poster Design

Join us for a family movie poster design workshop.

The Education team invites families to join museum educators every month to be inspired by the museum’s exhibitions and screenings to learn, create, and have fun!

Our May Drop-In Workshop for Families is inspired by Jewish American Heritage Month and the theme of family traditions from this month’s Family Matinees screenings like Hand in Hand (1961), Fiddler on the Roof (1971), and An American Tail (1986). Join us in sharing your own family’s traditions and stories and reflect on why they are important to you. Families can participate in designing and creating their own movie poster that features their family as the main characters!

Join us anytime from 12:30pm to 2:30pm in the Shirley Temple Education Studio on the museum’s Lower Level.

Workshop Date:
Saturday, May 20
