Drop-in Tours: Innovations in Filmmaking
Join museum educators on Friday afternoons to highlight the creativity of movie objects and moviemakers.
In December, our Drop-In Tours will focus on innovations in filmmaking from special effects, animation, and directing. Museum educators will spotlight our core exhibition, Stories of Cinema, exploring the Animation, Effects, and Encounter galleries. Conversations will also focus on Shifting Perspectives: Vertical Cinema, a limited exhibition that honors the spirit of experimentation in cinema and debuts three works by Southern Californian filmmakers.
All are welcome to join these public drop-in style gallery conversations—free with admission—from 1pm to 3pm.
